To launch the Summer of Love, the wonderful Sara Ohlin is sharing the first of three delicious cocktails, the Rosé Spritzer.
- St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
- Sparkling Rosé (or alternatively Rosé with soda water, mixed to taste)
- Fresh lemons
Fill glass with ice, add ½ ounce St. Germain and the juice from half a lemon. Top with four ounces of sparkling rosé, or however much you like. Stir and enjoy.
Sounds delicious, easy to make and very refreshing for a summer’s day.
